The ART, an all-tube mono-block power amplifier, uses four pairs of 6550 output tubes conservatively operated to produce 275 watts into the rated load (typically connected for a 4 Ohm load, but 2, 8, and 16 Ohm connections are optionally available).Careful trimming of the circuits, and the employment of only the finest available parts (Teflon capacitors, Vishay resistors, Transpectral output transformers) lead to the ART’s stunning performance. The ART Amplifier will be offered in a limited edition of only 250 units (125 pairs), available beginning in February 2010.
